N'Credible Edibles was founded in 2005, in Windsor, CT, by Anthony Scruse.

 

From the time I was a child, I've always had a passion for art. Whether playing with play-do,  Legos, or carving something out of wood - It was evident from a young age that I would be an artist of some sort.

 

Watching the Food Network and other T.V. shows today gave me the hunger to marry my passion for art and cakes. At first, I was just making cakes for family, then one day I was asked to do a cake for a friend; then the word spread, and not too long after, we officially became N'Credible Edibles.

 

Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
